Definitions of Words and Terms Capitalized words used in this Agreement which are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Annex of Definitions attached hereto.
Form, Dating and Terms (a) The aggregate principal amount of Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is unlimited. The Initial Notes issued on the date hereof will be in an aggregate principal amount of $600,000,000.
