Common use of School’s Obligations Clause in Contracts

School’s Obligations. 6.1 The School will: (a) provide The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust with all necessary cooperation in relation to this Agreement, and all necessary access to such information as may be required by The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust, so that The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust can provide the Services including but not limited to School Data, security access information and configuration services; (b) comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to its activities under this Agreement; (c) carry out all other School responsibilities set out in this Agreement in a timely and efficient manner. In the event of any delays in the School's provision of such assistance as agreed by the parties, The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust may adjust any agreed timetable or delivery schedule as reasonably necessary; (d) ensure that the Authorised Users use the Subscription Services and the Documentation in accordance with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct (where applicable); (e) be responsible for all acts and omissions of the other Authorised Users as if those acts and omissions are those of the School. School will indemnify The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust against all costs, losses, damages and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Authorised Users’ use of the Subscription Services; (f) ensure that its network and systems comply with the relevant specifications as may be specified by The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust from time to time; and (g) be solely responsible for procuring and maintaining its network connections and telecommunications links from its systems to The Stonefields School Collaborative Trust’s data centres, and all problems, conditions, delays, delivery failures and all other loss or damage arising from or relating to the School's network connections or telecommunications links or caused by the internet.
