Common use of School Year Employees Clause in Contracts

School Year Employees. (Full and Part Time) Employees who are contracted to work only during the school year shall be regular school-year employees. Employees who are contracted to work at least thirty-five (35) hours per week shall be full-time school-year employees. Employees who are contracted to work at least twenty (20), but less than thirty-five (35) hours per week shall be part-time school-year employees.
