Common use of School Safety Plan Clause in Contracts

School Safety Plan. The Charter School shall develop a school safety plan prior to opening in accordance with the Start-Up Protocol and shall provide a copy of such plan to OCS and obtain approval of such plan from the Indiana Department of Education prior to opening or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable. Such a safety plan shall, at a minimum, call for the minimum number of emergency preparedness drills required by Indiana law and, once approved, shall be attached hereto as Schedule 25.‌‌
