School Names. The names of the Education Corporation’s school(s) shall be set forth in Schedule 1. The Education Corporation shall have the authority to amend or alter the name of any school it has the authority to operate provided that such school name is not already in use in the State, and further provided that such name change shall become effective only upon the approval of the Institute and upon notice to the Regents or their designee, which may require Charter revision.
