School Improvement Plans. 1. It is mutually agreed and understood that the school district will be in school improvement plans, or other similar plans which may be known by various names. 2. It is mutually agreed The Board, Administration, teachers and understood that Association recognize the school district will be in necessity of maintaining ongoing district-wide and building level school improvement plans, or other similar plans which may be known by various namesand the importance of continued recognition of quality educational services as a fundamental priority and shared goal of the parties.
2. Association The Board recognizes that the terms and conditions of the collective bargaining unit members agreement will govern with respect to wages, hours and other conditions of employment and that those terms shall not be excluded from voluntary participation in altered or modified through the school improvement or reform plansprocess, absent written mutual agreement and ratification by the parties.
3. Final copies of all building level improvement plans will be made available to the Association President upon request.
