Common use of School Calendar Clause in Contracts

School Calendar. 13.0 For the term of this Agreement the school calendar shall be set forth in Schedule A. There shall be no deviation from or change in the school calendar except by mutual agreement of the Board and the Association. The Board (after consultation with the Association) may schedule additional days of student instruction if this becomes necessary to qualify for full state aid.
