Common use of School Buildings Clause in Contracts

School Buildings. The DCCFA may use school buildings before or after duty hours for meetings, with the prior approval of the principal of the school, provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt school or Community Education operations. Expenses incident to the meeting shall be borne by the DCCFA whenever the use of such facilities results in an additional cost to ISD 196.
