SCHOOL BOARD-TEACHER LIAISON COMMITTEE. 5.01 Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties concerned, School Board-Teacher Liaison Committees shall be appointed as follows:

SCHOOL BOARD-TEACHER LIAISON COMMITTEE. W 15.01 Teachers covered under this Agreement shall have their matters addressed by their School Board’s province-wide School Board-Teacher Liaison Committee. Teachers covered by this agreement shall have a representative on province-wide School Board-Teacher Liaison Committees.
SCHOOL BOARD-TEACHER LIAISON COMMITTEE. 5.06 (a) Meetings of this Committee pursuant to Clause 5.01(a) shall would normally take place between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. outside of school hours.
SCHOOL BOARD-TEACHER LIAISON COMMITTEE. W 5.01 Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties concerned, there shall be appointed for each school Board a school Board-Teacher Liaison Committee. This Committee shall be composed of four (4) representatives, at least three (3) of whom shall be school board members, and one (1) of whom shall be the Director of education, or designate, and up to four (4) representatives who are employed by the school Board appointed by the Association.
SCHOOL BOARD-TEACHER LIAISON COMMITTEE. 15.01 W(a) There shall be appointed for the teachers covered by the Labrador West Collective Agreement a School Board-Teacher Liaison Committee composed of a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) representatives appointed by the School Board and three (3) appointed by the Association. One (1) of the School Board representatives shall be a Board member, the second representative may be an employee of the Board who is not a member of the unit. Where the Board appoints a third representative, he/she may be a Board member or an employee of the Board who is not a member of the unit. The Association representatives shall be two (2) members of the Labrador West Branch of the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association and one (1) member of the provincial staff of the Association.
SCHOOL BOARD-TEACHER LIAISON COMMITTEE. 15.02 Each appointee to the Committee shall serve for twenty-four (24) months unless replaced by the party appointing them him/her.

  • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.

  • Joint Consultative Committee 45.1 The parties recognise the need for effective communication to improve the business/operational performance and working environment in agencies.

  • Executive Committee (A) The Executive Committee shall be composed of not more than nine members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Joint Consultation Committee 5.0.1 A Joint Consultation Committee will be established to consult about issues relating to the workplace that affect the Parties or any employee bound by this Agreement.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:
