Outcomes means the Health and Wellbeing Outcomes prescribed by the Scottish Ministers in Regulations under section 5(1) of the Act;
the Scheme means the Local Government Pension Scheme in
Scheme Year means a period of one year beginning with 1st April and ending with 31st March;
Stakeholders means the company’s employees, the employees of its subsidiaries, and other individuals, groups, communities or entities whose rights or interests are or could be affected by the products, services and operations of that company, its subsidiaries and its business relationships;
Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.
Scheme Documents means, collectively, (i) the Scheme Circular, (ii) the Press Release, (iii) the Scheme Resolutions and (iv) any other document issued by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme.
Scheme Manager Means Gloucestershire County Council as administering authority of the Gloucestershire Local Government (LGPS) Pension Fund
Supportive measures means individualized services that are offered to the complainant or the respondent designed to restore or preserve equal access to the District’s education program or activity without unreasonably burdening the other party. The supportive measures must be non-disciplinary and non-punitive in nature; offered before or after the filing of a formal complaint or where no formal complaint has been filed; and offered to either party as appropriate, as reasonably available, and without fee or charge. Examples of supportive measures include, but are not limited to: measures designed to protect the safety of all parties or the District’s educational environment, or deter sexual harassment; counseling; extensions of deadlines or other course-related adjustments; modifications of work or class schedules; campus escort services; mutual restrictions on contact between the parties; changes in work or class locations; leaves of absence; and increased security and monitoring of certain areas of the campus.
Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.
Schemes the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme available to Civil Servants and employees of bodies under Schedule 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972 (and eligible employees of other bodies admitted to participate under a determination under section 25 of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013), as governed by rules adopted by Parliament; the Partnership Pension Account and its (i) Ill health Benefits Scheme and (ii) Death Benefits Scheme; the Civil Service Additional Voluntary Contribution Scheme; and the Designated Stakeholder Pension Scheme and “alpha” introduced under The Public Service (Civil Servants and Others) Pensions Regulations 2014;
Superannuation Scheme in this subclause, shall mean a scheme other than one implemented solely for purposes of compliance with Clause 49. - Superannuation of this award, or an Order of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
Preventive measures means any reasonable measures taken by any person after an incident has occurred to prevent or minimize pollution damage.
Scheme Rules means the applicable SEPA direct debit or credit transfer scheme rules of the European Payments Council as amended from time to time.
support scheme means any instrument, scheme or mechanism applied by a Member State, or a group of Member States, that promotes the use of energy from renewable sources by reducing the cost of that energy, increasing the price at which it can be sold, or increasing, by means of a renewable energy obligation or otherwise, the volume of such energy purchased, including but not restricted to, investment aid, tax exemptions or reductions, tax refunds, renewable energy obligation support schemes including those using green certificates, and direct price support schemes including feed-in tariffs and sliding or fixed premium payments;
the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));

Target Audience means users on the Criteo Network who will be targeted with relevant performance advertising banners based on the Criteo Technology.
Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, "the Company" or "the Joint Venturers" as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement; "iron ore" includes, without limitation, beneficiated ore; "laws relating to native title" means laws applicable from time to time in the said State in respect of native title and includes the Native Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (Commonwealth);
Timetable the timetable for delivery of the Services as specified in Schedule 2;
PPSR means the Personal Property Securities Register established under Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth);
Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.
Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
Scheme of Arrangement means a scheme of arrangement, share for share exchange or analogous procedure.
Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;
