Scheduling Special Classes. When assignments of special teachers for music, art, and/or physical education are arranged, every reasonable attempt shall be made so that no regular elementary class is scheduled for two (2) special classes on the same day. Reasonable attempts shall also be made to rotate the schedule (a.m./p.m.) annually.
