Scheduling Compensatory Time Off. Section 28.1 Subject to the bona fide operating requirements of the Agency, an employee shall have his/her choice of scheduling compensatory time off. If two (2) or more employees request the same period of time off and the matter cannot be resolved by agreement between the employees concerned, the employee having the greatest seniority with the Agency shall be granted the time off.
