Schedules and Annexes. Each schedule and annex attached to this Agreement is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. The disclosures made on any schedule or annex hereto with respect to any representation or warranty shall be deemed to be made with respect to any other representation or warranty requiring the same or similar disclosure to the extent that the relevance of such disclosure to other representations and warranties is evident from the face of such schedule or annex.
