Common use of Scheduled to Work Clause in Contracts

Scheduled to Work. For clarity, it is understood that all employees will be considered scheduled to work on a paid holiday in order to be given the day off, as a holiday. In order to be considered scheduled to work, the employee must be notified of his work schedule in accordance with the scheduling requirements of this agreement.
