Scheduled Start Time. Bargaining unit employees will be considered late up to three minutes after scheduled start time and tardy thereafter. Violation of attendance rules/regulations may be cause for discipline actions.

Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.
Scheduled Holidays Holidays for certain employees, typically 24/7 facilities, are pre-scheduled on days other than the holidays mentioned in Section 1. This schedule is determined in advance. If employees who have their holiday pre-scheduled are required to work on that pre-scheduled holiday day, they are compensated as follows:
Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.
