Common use of Scheduled redemption Clause in Contracts

Scheduled redemption. Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, the Notes will be redeemed at their Final Redemption Amount on the Maturity Date, subject as provided in Condition 10 (Payments—Bearer Notes) and Condition 11 (Payments—Registered Notes).
