Common use of Scheduled redemption Clause in Contracts

Scheduled redemption. Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled in accordance with the Conditions, the Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount on 9 July 2024 (the "Maturity Date"), subject as provided in Condition 7 (Payments).

Scheduled redemption. Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled in accordance with the Conditionsas provided below, the Notes each Note will be redeemed at their its principal amount on 9 July 2024 (the "Maturity Date")26 June 2029, subject as provided in Condition 7 8 (Payments).

The outstanding principal amount of each Note shall be reduced by any repayment of principal in accordance with these Conditions, with effect from the actual payment date.
