Scheduled Flights. The Handling Company agrees to provide for the Carrier’s Aircraft for flights operating on an agreed schedule at the location(s) mentioned in the Annex(es) B, those services of Annex A as are list­ ed in the Annex B for the respective locations. The Carrier, in turn, agrees to inform the Handling Company as soon as possible about any changes of schedule and/or frequencies and/or types of air­ craft.

Scheduled Flights. Tours do not include international airfare or any other flights unless mentioned in the inclusions. Quotes: All quotes are in US dollars, Quark Expeditions cannot quote or book flights in foreign currency. Price changes: Until the tickets are issued, Quark Expeditions reserves the right to change prices for any reason including, but not limited to, airfares wrongfully quoted due to system error, the price of fuel and/or currency fluctuations or government taxes or levies, or any other reasonable cause. Full payment: Full payment must be received by Quark Expeditions before the Option period expires to guarantee the flight reservation at quoted price. A guarantee of payment by the Client is an acceptance of the travel arrangements as requested at the total price quoted. Cancellation fees will apply if the Client subsequently decides to cancel after ticket has been issued. Changes & cancellations: Unless otherwise stated, airline tickets are 100% non-changeable & non-refundable once tickets have been issued. Changes made prior to ticket issuance may be applied at Quark Expeditions’ discretion, and will also be subject to Administrative Fees. Flight reconfirmation: Quark Expeditions strongly recommends flight times and numbers to be verified or reconfirmed at least 72 hours prior to departure. Quark Expeditions is not responsible for any change to airline schedules or flight numbers after tickets have been issued. Airline tickets: Once issued, all airline tickets are non-transferable and are valid only for the dates and routings shown. If an airline ticket is lost, the client is responsible for the full cost of a new ticket and any changes that may occur in replacement. Baggage: All airline tickets come with baggage restrictions or no free baggage allowance. Please check directly with your airline for up to the minute baggage rules as additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the passenger. Airline, airport or weather delays: Quark Expeditions will not be held responsible for any additional expenses or loss that may arise from airline, airport or weather delays. Quark Expeditions will not reimburse for any additional expenses incurred by the Client as a result. Quark Expeditions will not refund any unused portion of air tickets purchased in the event of such delays due to conditions beyond its control. For scheduled flights, the fare rules of the airline carrier, including payment and cancellation conditions apply.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
