Scheduled Caste definition

Scheduled Caste means any of the Scheduled Castes specified in Part I of the Scheduled to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) (Union Territories) Order, 1951;
Scheduled Caste means the communities defined as such in the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service rules for the time being in force.

Scheduled Caste means such caste, race or tribe or part of or group within such caste race or tribe as is deemed to be Scheduled Caste in relation to the State of Assam under Article 341 of the Constitution of India.
