Common use of Schedule/Shift Changes Clause in Contracts

Schedule/Shift Changes. The State will provide Bargaining ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ employees with thirty (30) calendar days, but no less than 15 calendar days, advance notice of permanent schedule or shift changes when the changes are made at other than the employee’s request. Upon written request, the department head or designee will provide the employee with a reason for the schedule change.
