Schedule of Equipment. The Schedule of equipment under service of this Agreement may be varied on the anniversary of the commencement date each year provided that any reduction to the Schedule does not exceed 10% of the value of the annual support charge for the relevant twelve-month period.
Schedule of Equipment. The Borrower shall deliver to the Lender on or before the Effective Date and thereafter on such subsequent dates as may be requested by the Lender, a Schedule of Equipment, describing each item of such Equipment and the location, cost and then current book value thereof.

Borrower shall deliver to Agent (i) on or before the Closing Date and, thereafter, within thirty (30) days of the end of each Fiscal Quarter during the term hereof, a Quarterly Schedule of Equipment which sets forth the prior Fiscal Quarter's ending balance for Equipment, a detailed listing of the Equipment additions and deletions during the Fiscal Quarter and the ending balance for Equipment for the current Fiscal Quarter, and (ii) within one hundred twenty (120) days of the end of each Fiscal Year and at such other times as may be requested by Agent during the term hereof, a Schedule of Equipment, describing each item of Equipment and the location, cost and then current book value thereof.
Schedule of Equipment. The Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent upon the Agent's request, a Schedule of Equipment, describing each item of the Borrowers' Equipment and the location, cost and then current book value thereof.
Schedule of Equipment. The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent on or before the Effective Date and thereafter on such subsequent dates upon reasonable notice as may be requested by the Agent, a Schedule of Equipment, describing each item of the Borrower's Equipment and the location, cost and then current book value thereof.

The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent on the Effective Date and thereafter at the request of the Agent (but not more frequently than semi-annually), a Schedule of Equipment, listing and describing the type and location of each item of the Equipment of the Borrower having an original cost greater than $10,000.
Schedule of Equipment. The Schedule of Equipment detailing the equipment for which the Services are to be provided is set forth on Attachment A hereto. The Schedule sets forth all the equipment constituting the System.
Schedule of Equipment. No later that the fifth Business Day of each month, provide Lender with a schedule of the location and description of all equipment which is not located at Borrower's premises in Bellingham, Washington, Wilson, North Carolina and Gatesville, Texas.
