Scenic Tailormade Clause Samples
The 'Scenic Tailormade' clause defines the terms and conditions related to the use of Scenic's personalized travel planning services. This clause typically outlines how guests can access and utilize the Tailormade app or device to customize their excursions, select points of interest, or receive guided commentary during their journey. By specifying the scope of available features and any associated responsibilities or limitations, the clause ensures guests understand how to make the most of the Tailormade service while clarifying liability and usage boundaries for both the guest and the provider.
Scenic Tailormade. (i) Scenic Tailormade App transforms your personal mobile device into your own personal Scenic Tailormade device. It can be downloaded from the Apple or GooglePlay stores and it is recommended you download before departure. Scenic Tailormade App will be available for use on board a Scenic Space-Ship for both on board and onshore. They are not available in Russia and features vary in Portugal. Tailormade in Portugal does not feature the River guide function and has limited self-guided tours available.
(ii) Entrance fees, gratuities and transportation while using Scenic Tailormade are not included in Your Tour/Journey Price.
(iii) Scenic Tailormade Tour/Journeys and their content cannot be guaranteed in all locations.
