SCBA. Section 1. The Department shall provide National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) approved SCBA to all employees responding to the scene of an incident. Employees may be required by the Department’s on-scene Incident Commander to use SCBA’s during any incident and involved in an IDLH work environment.
