  • Pendahuluan Permasalahan anak merupakan salah satu yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditangani. Setiap negara memahami bahwa anak merupakan generasi penerus yang mampu melakukan perubahan ke xxxx xxxx lebih xxxx. Melalui pemahaman tersebut, tentu saja setiap negara juga memahami bahwa merekalah yang berwenang atas terjaminnya pemenuhan xxx xxx perlindungan anak. Demi terwujudnya pemenuhan xxx xxx perlindungan anak, setiap negara mengakui perlu adanya sebuah dorongan atau dukungan berupa kebijakan yang mengikat agar setiap negara teguh untuk mewujudkannya. Dari kebijakan inilah, xxx-xxx anak diatur xxx disepakati melalui atura-aturan yang berlaku di tiap negara masing-masing. Kebijakan tersebut adalah Konvensi Hak Anak, sebuah perjanjian antar negara yang mengikat untuk dapat melaksanakan/mengatur hak anak. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang telah meratifikasi Konvensi Hak Anak (KHA) melalui Keputusan Presiden Nomor 36 Tahun 1990. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah Indonesia wajib menjalankan segala aturan yang telah ditetapkan di dalam KHA. KHA berisi tentang apa saja yang harus ada di dalam hak anak xxx bagaimana kewajiban negara untuk dapat mengimplementasikannya. Penelitian ini akan mengulas tentang XXX xxx bagaimana implementasi serta pencapaian yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia melalui beberapa program yang mendukung terselenggaranya KHA di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur/kepustakaan dari sumber data sekunder. Studi kepustakaan yang diperoleh adalah data- data yang menggambarkan tentang pencapaian implementasi KHA melalui penyelenggaraan program-program yang dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan mampu menggambarkan apa yang telah dilakukan Indonesia dalam mewujudkan apa yang diatur di dalam KHA. Selain itu, dapat membantu penulis lainnya dalam mendapatkan informasi terkait implementasi KHA di Indonesia.
