Common use of Saturday Work Clause in Contracts

Saturday Work. a. Employees who are required to perform work on Saturday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½ ) times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked. The Employer may require mandatory overtime work on Saturday by reverse order of seniority.
