Satisfaction of the Subscription Price. Subject to the satisfaction of the terms and conditions herein, on the Closing Date the Investor shall pay, or cause to be paid to the Company, in full satisfaction of the aggregate Subscription Price, the Subscription Proceeds by wire transfer in immediately available funds.
