Satisfaction Guarantee. The Breeder guarantees that the Buyer will be satisfied with the dog purchased. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the dog received, the dog may be returned to the Breeder at the Buyer’s expense. The Breeder will replace the dog at a later date or refund the full purchase price, less the deposit. The satisfaction guarantee is valid for 72 hours after the buyer receives the dog. Health Guarantee: The Breeder guarantees that the dog received is a purebred English Springer Spaniel of sound body, health, and temperament. The dog has been examined by a veterinarian, dewormed, and vaccinated according to the program adapted to the age of the dog. The Buyer is advised to have the dog examined by his/her veterinarian within three days of leaving the Breeder. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of this agreement. You will receive a replacement dog, if the dog is found to have any congenital defect (inherited medical condition that occurs at or before birth) which results in death or veterinarian recommended euthanasia within one year of the sale. I do not guarantee umbilical hernias, undescended testicles, cherry eye, over bite or under bite and dew-claw regrowth. The Breeder must be provided with a written report of the dog’s condition from a licensed veterinarian. The Buyer assumes full responsibility of all costs and care during this time. It is up to the buyer to provide any and all veterinary care, vaccinations and workings for puppy after purchase to guarantee the health of the puppy/dog. I will not guarantee said puppy/dog without proper proof of veterinarian care.

If College Community School District or Ray and Associates, Inc. terminate this agreement, College Community School District will be charged for only the work performed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. If the district is dissatisfied with the High School Principal within one year from the date of employment of the High School Principal, and if either party dissolves that relationship by resignation or termination within a one year period of the initial employment, the firm of Ray and Associates will conduct a new High School Principal search at no cost to the District, except for expenses. CONSULTANT FEE The base fee for the performance of the College Community School District High School Principal search by the consultant as provided in the Proposal will be five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). Any services requested by the District after the new High School Principal is hired and the search is closed, will be billed as an additional fee. This fee will be determined based upon the services requested and agreed to prior to the services being rendered. The College Community School District High School Principal search fee shall be paid in three (3) equal installments; 1/2 of total fee is due upon signing of the contract; 1/4 of fee is due at the time of the presentation of the candidates; and the final 1/4 of fee is due when the High School Principal is officially hired by the District. Expenses will also be billed as they occur. CONSULTANT REIMBURSED EXPENSES Certain expenses, including travel, lodging, meals, and other search-related expenses, are to be reimbursed by the District. Said expenses will also be invoiced as they occur and will include a detailed account listing of such expenses.
