Sanitation Services. The Town does not currently provide sanitation and trash collection services. In the event the Town provides sanitation and trash collection services in the future, the Town shall provide sanitation and trash collection services to the PD Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the Town.
