Sanitation Services. The Town does not currently provide sanitation and trash collection services. Sanitation Services. Water refuse for this property is provided by a holding tank. In a few words, a holding tank merely holds sewage — it does not xxxxx wastewater away into the ground. A holding tank collects the property’s wastewater and stores it for removal. All water used on the property is drained to this underground tank. Once filled, a light will go on in the pantry closet and it may take up to 48 hours to be emptied. Please monitor and limit your water useage. If a toilet is running, please notify the manager ASAP. If the light is on in the pantry closet, please notify the manager ASAP.
