Sanitary Sewer Construction. Sewer construction and pipe bedding shall conform to the requirements of OPSS 410 for sewer construction. A minimum 2.0 metre depth of cover shall be provided over all sanitary sewers and service connections. Cleanouts shall be provided as required by the Ontario Building Code.
