Sanctions for Violations. If at any time SEPTA has reason to believe that the Contractor is in violation of its obligations under this section, SEPTA may, in addition to pursuing any other available legal remedy, commence proceedings to impose sanctions on the Contractor. Such sanctions may include, but are not limited to, one (1) or more of the following:
