Sanctions for Violations. Any violation of the requirements of these provisions shall be a material breach of contract, which may result in termination of this Contract or such other remedy as the County deems appropriate, including but not limited to damages or withholding payment, cancellation or suspension, in whole or in part, of the Contract by the County, or invoking the enforcement provisions of King County Code 12.16 that provide for penalties, liquidated damages or other remedies, and may result in ineligibility for County contracts.
