Sanctions Authority. (a) the United Nations Security Council; (b) the United States of America; (c) the United Kingdom; (d) Canada; (e) Australia; (f) the European Union (and/or its individual member states); and (g) the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the foregoing, or any other jurisdiction that may be relevant to the performance of the Contract, or rights and obligations pursuant to the Contract (including jurisdictions relevant to any Related Entities or Affiliates, and/or to the end use of the Goods), including the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of Treasury (OFAC), the US Department of State, the Bureau of Industry and Security of the US Department of Commerce, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation, part of His Majesty’s Treasury (OFSI), the European Commission and the relevant national competent authorities (NCAs) within an EU member state.
