Sanctions Authority. (a) the United Nations Security Council; (b) the United States of America; (c) the United Kingdom; (d) Canada; (e) Australia; (f) the European Union (and/or its individual member states); and (g) the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the foregoing, or any other jurisdiction that may be relevant to the performance of the Contract, or rights and obligations pursuant to the Contract (including jurisdictions relevant to any Related Entities or Affiliates, and/or to the end use of the Goods), including the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of Treasury (OFAC), the US Department of State, the Bureau of Industry and Security of the US Department of Commerce, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation, part of His Majesty’s Treasury (OFSI), the European Commission and the relevant national competent authorities (NCAs) within an EU member state.
Sanctions Authority. (a) the U.S. Government; (b) the United Kingdom; (c) the United Nations; (d) the European Union; or (e) the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the foregoing, including without limitation, OFAC, the United States Department of State, the United States Department of Commerce, and His Majesty’s Treasury. Sanctions List: the Sanctions-related lists of designated persons administered or maintained by OFAC (including the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons and the Sectoral Sanctions Identifications lists), the U.S. Department of State (including the Nonproliferation Sanctions List), His Majesty’s Treasury (including the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets), or any other Sanctions Authority, each as amended, supplemented, or substituted from time to time.
Sanctions Authority. Each of the following: (a) the United States Government, (b) the United Nations Security Council, (c) the European Union, (d) the United Kingdom, (e) the governments, official institutions or agencies and other relevant sanctions authorities of any of the foregoing in clauses (a) through (d), including OFAC, the US Department of State, and Her Majesty’s Treasury or (f) any other governmental authority with jurisdiction over the Issuer, TL or the Manager.
