Common use of Sanctioned Persons Clause in Contracts

Sanctioned Persons. Directly or indirectly use or permit or allow any of its Subsidiaries to directly or indirectly use the proceeds of the Loans or otherwise make available such proceeds to any person, for the purpose of financing the activities of any Designated Person or in any manner that would cause any of such persons to violate the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. None of the funds or assets of the Loan Parties that are used to pay any amount due pursuant to this Agreement or the other Loan Documents shall constitute funds obtained from transactions with or relating to Designated Persons or countries which are themselves the subject of territorial sanctions under applicable Sanctions Laws.

None of the funds or assets of the Loan Parties that are used to pay any amount due pursuant to this Agreement or the other Loan Documents shall constitute funds obtained from transactions with or relating to Designated Persons or countries which are themselves the subject of comprehensive territorial sanctions under applicable Sanctions Laws.

None of the funds or assets of the Loan Parties that are used to pay any amount due pursuant to this Agreement or the other Loan Documents shall constitute funds obtained from transactions with or relating to Designated Persons or countries which are themselves the subject of territorial sanctions under applicable Sanctions Laws.

None of the funds or assets of the Loan Parties that are used to pay any amount due pursuant to this Agreement or the other Loan Documents shall constitute funds obtained from transactions with or relating to Designated Persons or countries which are themselves the subject of territorial sanctions under applicable Sanctions Laws.
