Sanctioned Person. A Person or group named on the list of Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons maintained by the OFAC as published from time to time or any Sanctions-related list of designated Persons maintained by OFAC or the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or any EU member state.

Sanctioned Person any person, individual, entity, vessel, or aircraft: (a) specially designated, blocked, or otherwise individually listed or targeted by a Sanction or a Sanctions List; (b) that is resident or located in, operating from, or incorporated under the laws of a Prohibited Country; (c) that is, or is part of, the government of a Prohibited Country or any political subdivision, body, agency or instrumentality thereof, or fully or partially owned (directly or indirectly): or (d) fully or partially controlled by, or acting on behalf or at the direction of, or for the benefit of, any individual or entity on a Sanctions List (including but not limited to where the level of direct or indirect ownership amounts to 45% or more on aggregate).
Sanctioned Person. Any of the following: (i) a Person named on the list of “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” maintained by OFAC available at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx/downloads/t11sdn.pdf, or as otherwise published from time to time, or (ii) (A) an agency of the government of a Sanctioned Country, (B) an organization controlled by a Sanctioned Country, or (C) a person resident in a Sanctioned Country, to the extent subject to a sanctions program administered by OFAC.
Sanctioned Person. “Sanctioned Person” shall mean any Person with whom dealings are restricted or prohibited under the Sanctions Laws of the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations, including (a) any Person identified in any list of sanctioned Persons maintained by (i) the United States Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Control, the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, or the United States Department of State; (ii) Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom; (iii) any committee of the United Nations Security Council; or (iv) the European Union; (b) any Person located, organized, or resident in, organized in, or a Governmental Body or government instrumentality of, any Sanctioned Country and (c) any Person directly or indirectly 50% or more owned or controlled by, or acting for the benefit or on behalf of, a Person described in (a) or (b).
Sanctioned Person. (c) Neither the Borrower nor any of its Restricted Subsidiaries (i) conducts any business with, or engages in making or receiving any contribution of funds, goods or services to or for the benefit of, a Person described in Section 3.15(b)(i)-(v) above, except as permitted under U.S. law, (ii) deals in, or otherwise engages in any transaction relating to, any property or interests in property blocked pursuant to the Executive Order, or (iii) engages in or conspires to engage in any transaction that evades or avoids, or has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate, any of the prohibitions set forth in any Anti-Terrorism Law.
Sanctioned Person. (a) No Loan Party nor any of its Subsidiaries, nor, to the knowledge of any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries, their respective directors, officers, employees or any agent or Affiliate thereof, (a) is an individual or entity that, or is owned or controlled by any individual or entity that, is (i) a person on the list of “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” or any other sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the European Union or Her Majesty’s Treasury, (ii) the subject or target of any Sanctions or (iii) located, organized or resident in a Designated Jurisdiction, or (b) has received written notice of any action, suit or proceeding or accusation of wrongdoing against such Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries from an applicable Governmental Authority with respect to Sanctions.
Sanctioned Person. Any Person that is (i) listed on OFAC’s List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons, (ii) otherwise the subject or target of Sanctions, to the extent U.S. persons are prohibited from engaging in transactions with such a Person, and (iii) 50 percent or greater owned or controlled by a Person described in clause (i) or (ii) above. Sanction(s). Any applicable sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any applicable executive order or by any applicable sanctions program administered by OFAC, the United States Department of State, the United States Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or Her Majesty’s Treasury. SEC. The federal Securities and Exchange Commission.

Sanctioned Person. (4) The Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, and their respective officers and directors, and, to the knowledge of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary, their respective employees and agents, are in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects and are not knowingly engaged in any activity that could reasonably be expected to result in the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary being designated as a Sanctioned Person.
Sanctioned Person. Any of the following on the Restatement Effective Date or in the future: (i) a Person or vessel named on (A) the list of Specially Designated Nationals or Blocked Persons maintained and updated from time to time by OFAC available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/offices/eotffc/ofac/sdn/index.html, or as otherwise published from time to time (the “U.S. Sanctions List”) or (B) the sanctions list administered and updated from time to time by the European Union, the United Nations and all other applicable sanctions lists (the “EU/UN Sanctions List”), or (ii) any entity majority-owned, directly or indirectly, by such Person, or (iii) without duplication of the clauses (i) and (ii) any Person organized under the laws of any of Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria or North Korea.
Sanctioned Person. Any Person that is (i) in any Sanctions-related list of designated Persons maintained by any Governmental Authority of the United States of America, including without limitation, OFAC or the U.S. Department of State, or by the United Nations Security Council, Her Majesty’s Treasury, the European Union or any other Governmental Authority, (ii) any Person located, operating, organized or resident in a Designated Jurisdiction, (iii) an agency of the government of a Designated Jurisdiction, or (iv) fifty percent (50%) or greater owned or controlled by a Person described in clause (i) - (iii) above. Sanction(s). Any sanction administered or enforced by the United States government or any agency or instrumentality thereof (including without limitation, OFAC and the U.S. Department of State), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, Her Majesty’s Treasury or other relevant sanctions authority. SEC. The federal Securities and Exchange Commission.
