Samples and Logistics Clause Samples

The "Samples and Logistics" clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the provision, handling, and transportation of product samples between parties. It typically outlines who is responsible for supplying samples, the conditions under which they are delivered, and the logistics involved, such as shipping methods, costs, and timelines. By clearly allocating duties and expectations regarding samples, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures smooth coordination in the exchange and evaluation of sample products.
