Same Terms and Conditions. As of the date that Landlord delivers actual possession to Tenant of any First Right Space leased by Tenant, such First Right Space shall become part of the Premises and, except as otherwise provided in this Article 32, shall be leased upon the same terms and conditions as the Premises.
