Common use of Same Day Funds Clause in Contracts

Same Day Funds. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each payment received by the Administrative Agent for the account of another person shall be made available by the Administrative Agent to such other person (in the case of a Lender, for the account of its Facility Office) for value the same day by transfer to such account of such person with such bank in London or New York as such person shall have previously notified to the Administrative Agent for this purpose.
