Sales Year. Each twelve (12) month period during the Term, as defined below, of this Agreement commencing on the first date of shipment of Licensed Products by Licensee or its distributor or sub-licensee in commercially reasonable quantities (the "First Shipment Date") for the first line of Licensed Products to be launched by Licensee or its distributor or sub-licensee, and ending on each anniversary thereof.
