Sales Meetings. An employee who is ordered to attend a sales or service meeting after he or she has completed eight (8) hours of work, or on his or her day off, shall receive time and one- half (1 1/2) for the time spent in such meeting. This only applies if attendance at the meeting is mandatory. Three days’ notice of meeting must be given. There shall be no compulsory unpaid meetings on the employees' own time.

Sales Meetings. Each party may request the opportunity to give presentations regarding its products and services and its marketing activities related to this Agreement at the other party’s sales meetings and other appropriate gatherings.

Sales Meetings. Licensee's manager and key personnel shall attend meetings as determined by Licensor from time to time to discuss operating procedures, formulate plans, review results and other pertinent information necessary for the successful operation of the business. Licensee's employees shall attend briefing and training sessions to familiarize themselves with store policies and regulations pertaining to the conduct of the business in their department as well as the entire operation.
