Sales Leads. Kamada shall promptly forward to Chiesi all leads for sales of Product in the Territory.
Sales Leads. Franchisor will alert Franchisee to any National or International Accounts Franchisor acquires which may have offices in Franchisee’s area. Franchisor will also refer to Franchisee any leads who call the U.S. national 800 number that are located in Franchisee’s area. Franchisor will either fax, e-mail or telephone this information to Franchisee. Franchisor will maintain Franchisee’s name on certain bidder’s lists for certain large corporations and government agencies in order to provide Franchisee with the opportunity to expand the Franchised Business in the Marketing Area.
Sales Leads. INNOCOLL shall promptly forward to BIOMET all leads for sales of Product in the Field in the Territory.
Sales Leads. PHC will forward to Eden all leads for sales of the Products in the H&G Market in the Territory. Eden agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all leads.
Sales Leads. Kamada shall promptly forward to Xxxxxx all leads for sales of Product in the Field in the Xxxxxx Territory, and Xxxxxx shall promptly forward to Kamada all leads for sales of Product in the Field in the Kamada Territory. Sales Leads. BOATRACS shall endeavor to forward to the Company those sales leads which BOATRACS receives from potential customers in the Territory.
Sales Leads. SunnComm shall promptly advise MM in writing of any distribution leads or potential Customers of which it becomes aware. SunnComm shall not deal directly with such Customers except as expressly contemplated hereby.
Sales Leads. MacroPore shall forward to Medtronic all leads for sales of Products in the Cranial Field.
Sales Leads. GBI shall forward to ATS all leads for sales of Products in the Territory.
Sales Leads. During the Term, Novadaq shall promptly forward to LifeCell all leads for sales of Product in the Territory for use within the Field.
