Common use of Sales Commitments Clause in Contracts

Sales Commitments. Except as set forth in Section 2.13(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, the Company has no sales contracts or commitments to customers except those made in the ordinary course of business, at arm’s length, and no such contracts or commitments are for a sales price which would result in a loss to the Company that is not reflected on Section 2.13(c) of the Disclosure Schedule.
