Common use of Sales Charge Clause in Contracts

Sales Charge. In computing the number of shares to credit to the account of a shareholder pursuant to paragraph 6 hereof, CMISC will calculate applicable sales charges, commissions or other amounts, if any, with respect to each purchase as set forth in the Prospectus and in accordance with any notification filed with respect to combined and accumulated purchases. CMISC will also determine the portion of each sales charge, commission or other amount, if any, payable by the Distributor to the dealer participating in the sale in accordance with such schedules as are from time to time delivered by the Distributor to CMISC.

CMISC will also determine the portion of each sales charge, commission or other amount, if any, payable by the Distributor to the dealer participating in the sale in accordance with such schedules as are from time to time delivered by the Distributor to CMISC.
