Sales Call definition

Sales Call means a personal visit by a Sales Representative to a medical professional having prescribing authority for the indications in which the Product and/or any Additional Product is approved, as well as to other individuals or entities that have significant impact or significant influence on prescribing decisions for the indications for which such Product and/or any Additional Product is approved, during which such Sales Representative Details a Product and/or any Additional Product.
Sales Call means an interaction between an Impax PSR and a Neurologist in which the Product is the subject of either a Primary Detail or a Secondary Detail.
Sales Call may also refer to a presentation to a member of the Target Audience by a sales employee of Innovex, Inc. ("Innovex") or UCB Pharma, Inc. ("UCB") in accordance with the terms of ALZA's agreements with Innovex and UCB, respectively, during which such sales employee promotes the Product.

Sales Call. Sales Call shall mean a face-to-face contact (or, any other type of contact, including telephone contact, that the Parties mutually agree constitutes sufficient contact for purposes of this definition) of a Sales Representative with a medical professional with prescribing authority during which scientific and/or medical information about the use of the Product for the prevention and/or treatment of indications for which the Product has received Regulatory Approval is discussed.
Sales Call means a personal visit (whether by face-to-face contact or virtual meetings (such as through videoconference)) by a Sales Representative to [**], with the purpose of promoting the Licensed Product in order to cause such healthcare professional, opinion leader, or thought leader to prescribe or recommend such Licensed Product.
