Sales and Technical Training. Partner will participate in such training programs as may be offered by Webroot and will, at Partner’s sole expense, train Partner’s sales and technical personnel as may be reasonably required to promote the Integrated Products. Webroot will provide reasonable assistance for such training, such as collateral, documentation and other readily available training materials.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
