Sales and Distribution. MedCo and its Related Parties shall have the sole right and shall be responsible for the pricing of Licensed Products, booking sales, warehousing and distribution of Licensed Products in the Territory. Moreover, MedCo and its Related Parties shall have the sole right and shall be solely responsible for handling all returns of commercialized Licensed Product, as well as all aspects of Licensed Product order processing, invoicing and collection, distribution, inventory and receivables, in the Territory.
