Sale Terminals. Your Check Card may be used up to ten (10) times per day to pay for goods and services from any merchant who participates in the VISA® system or point‐of‐sale terminals, provided that the transaction amount does not exceed your available funds (including any available overdraft protection funds) or the daily limit assigned by the Bank to your Check Card ($1500). Cash Advances will be limited to $1000 per day. Other terminals or terminal operators may have other limits on the amount and frequency of withdrawals or deposits. Any Purchase made with a Check Card may be subject to authorization by the Bank or by a VISA® authorization center and no authorization will be given if the amount of all outstanding Purchases and Cash Withdrawals or the transaction would exceed, any of these limits. A hold will be placed on your account for the authorized amount of any transaction and will remain in effect until the authorized transaction is posted to your account, normally 2 to 3 business days. Foreign Transactions If your card is used to perform a transaction in a foreign currency, the transaction amount will be converted to U.S. dollars by VISA® International. VISA® converts foreign currency to U.S. dollars using either the government‐mandated exchange rate or the wholesale exchange rate or the wholesale exchange rate in effect one day before the date of conversion, as applicable. The exchange rate is increased by one percent (1%) if the conversion is made in connection with a charge to an account and decreased by one percent (1%) if the conversion is made in connection with a credit to an account. The date of conversion by VISA® may differ from the purchase date and the posting date identified in the monthly statement for your account. You agree to pay charges and accept credits for the converted transaction amounts in accordance with the terms of this paragraph. Terminal Malfunctions Terminals and these services are available for your convenience and we are not liable for the unavailability or failure to operate of all or any part of a terminal. You release us from liability for personal injury or property damage incurred by you in connection with us of the card or any terminal and consequential damages incurred in connection with the use of a card or terminal. Deposits and Payments Deposits made at a First Community Bank ATM are not available for withdrawal until at least the next business day. Sale Terminals. Total Outstanding shall mean the Total Outstanding on the Card Account due to the Bank, including but not limited to charges, fees and any other amounts that may be charged by the Bank from time to time in a Billing Cycle. ▪ Temporary Credit Limit Increase means a credit limit increase requested by a Card member for a specific purpose. Such increase is done for a specific time period, and reverted back at the end of the time period. ▪ Valid Card shall mean a Credit Card which has been issued by the Bank and has not expired, has not been damaged, or been cancelled by the Bank or Card member.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Budget Phone end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Budget Phone's name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit E.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Reconex Usage Information to Reconex pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
