Common use of Sale and Servicing Agreement Clause in Contracts

Sale and Servicing Agreement. In order to facilitate the servicing of the Loans, the Trustee and the Issuer authorize the Servicer, in the name and on behalf of the Trustee and the Issuer, to perform its respective duties and obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the rights of the Trustee pursuant to the third sentence of Section 8.01 hereof. The Trustee agrees to perform its express obligations under the Sale and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof subject to Section 6.01 hereof.
