Salary Schedule Adjustment. 1. Horizontal movement to the BA+20 or BA+30/MA columns of the salary schedule shall be based only on credits earned subsequent to the issuance of a Michigan Provisional or Continuing Teaching Certificate and after a bachelor's degree has been earned. In order to be eligible for a horizontal move on the Salary Schedule, transcripts shall be submitted prior to September 15th of each year.
Salary Schedule Adjustment. If the transfer of an Assistant qualifies him/her for a different salary schedule track, the Assistant's salary placement shall be at the first step on the new schedule which is higher than his/her prior salary (actual hourly rate), providing there is a step available.

Total salaries and benefits shall include base salary, supplemental pay, employer retirement contributions, other post-employment benefits, OASDI and Medicare. The amount of this increase for employees will be cost neutral to the County and in no way shall it result in a cost increase to the County.
Salary Schedule Adjustment. 5.0.2.1 Effective July 1, 2017, Class 7450 will be adjusted to the salary schedule equivalent to one grade above the schedule for class 1930, from $25.0125 (step 1) to $30.2611 (step 5).

Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019 the Executive Assistant shall receive an equity salary increase to match their salary to the Administrative Technician III salary. Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019, the Deputy City Clerk shall receive a one-time equity salary increase to adjust their salary 5% above the Executive Assistant salary. Effective the first full pay period following January 1, 2019, the Assistant City Clerk shall receive an equity salary increase of 5.0% of their base pay.
